Estimated shipping and delivery times
We ship to every country in the world.
Orders with non-prescription or reading glasses ship within up to 5 business days, while orders with prescription glasses ship within up to 7 business days.
If you choose to send us your prescription papers by email later, please note that it may take an additional 5-10 extra business days to process your order once we have received valid prescription details.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.
The delivery time will generally take up to 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note that the shipment may sometimes take longer, for example during unexpected events, public holidays or other events causing delays. Extensive customs clearance can also further increase the delivery time.
Shipping services
Our standard shipping courier is DHL. We use DHL Express to provide fast delivery worldwide.
DHL will contact you directly with updates and available delivery options.
Please note: Once your order has shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local DHL Express office for any questions, pick-up arrangements, or payment of applicable fees. For further information, please reach out to your local DHL office, as they are responsible for the delivery after it leaves our facility.
Import VAT, customs duties, taxes, and fees
For most European countries (including EU/EEA/Switzerland), as well as USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, customs duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
For our Norwegian customers, MVA is included in the checkout price, and no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
For other countries where duties and taxes cannot be prepaid, customers remain responsible for paying any applicable import VAT, customs duties, taxes, or local clearance fees upon delivery. Whether duties and taxes are included will be shown at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer where applicable. Orders that are unclaimed, refused, or not accepted for any reason will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Import duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable outside the EU, EEA, UK, and Norway.
Customers in the EU, EEA, UK, and Norway are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This right must be exercised by contacting us directly. Failure to collect a package does not automatically qualify as a withdrawal request.
Cancelling or modifying orders
You can cancel your order up to an hour after it was placed. If your order has not yet shipped then we will try to meet your cancelation request. However, if we are not able to cancel your order in time you can return your order in accordance to our Refund policy. Changes to your address can be made up until your order has shipped.
