Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for any order or item within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order.
You can return any items in your order for a refund, and we offer an unlimited number of exchanges for non-prescription glasses. If you exchange your non-prescription glasses, we will pay the shipping costs for the new product(s) to be sent to you. We will, however, charge a restocking fee of 30 USD for each product you exchange. No restocking fee applies to non-prescription exchanges for customers in the EU, EEA, the UK, and Norway.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges back to us in Norway will have to be paid by you, the customer, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you select a shipping method that allows for tracking, as we cannot take any responsibility for any theft or loss during transport.
Send us an email at support@filteroptix.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Please include your order confirmation number, and we will be happy to assist you from there.

Damages and Issues
We make no guarantees in case of damage, delay, or partial loss to the items in your order during transit. Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us as soon as possible if any item in your order is wrong or damaged. Risk of loss and title for any purchase orders pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Refunds
We offer a full refund* within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) have to be in original condition and free of all damage. This also applies to all other items included in your order, such as packaging, case and cloth. If the items are not in a satisfactory condition or some items are missing, then fees may be applicable and deducted from your refund.
*Customs duties and taxes upon importation to your country are non-refundable. When products are returned to Norway, import duties and taxes may be incurred. For non-Norwegian customers, these costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
If an order is partially returned for a refund and the order was purchased with a conditional offer of purchasing more glasses, the refund will be based on the number of glasses the customer keeps and the corresponding offer for this number at the time of the order. This also includes free shipping offers.
Returned glasses are subject to the following restocking fees:
Non-prescription: 30 USD (no fee for customers in the EU, EEA, the UK, and Norway)
Reading glasses (readers): 60 USD
Prescription glasses - Single Vision: 90 USD
Prescription glasses - Progressive: 120 USD
Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees will not be refunded outside the EU, EEA, the UK, and Norway.
Customers outside the USA, UK, and Norway are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and local delivery fees. If these charges are unpaid or the order is not collected, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Filter Optix is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or refund ineligibility due to unpaid customs charges, failure to respond to courier notifications, or unclaimed shipments.
Customers in the EU, EEA, the UK, and Norway have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, which must be exercised by contacting us directly. Failure to collect a package or to pay import duties or taxes does not automatically qualify as a withdrawal request.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is not collected, refused, or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the return shipping cost (typically 35–70 USD) will be deducted from your refund. Import duties or taxes already paid on your behalf are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your refund if incurred. Where final charges are not yet available at the time of refund, we may deduct a reasonable estimated amount to cover these costs.
All refunds will be credited to the same original payment method used at checkout. The refund amount will be based on the currency paid at checkout. If your bank account or card is in a different currency, please be aware that currency conversion rates and fees may affect the final amount you receive.
All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days on receipt after inspection by our Filter Optix Team. You will receive a notification once your return has been processed. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Warranty
All Filter Optix glasses come with a two (2) year warranty, effective from the date of delivery of the Filter Optix products, against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, coatings, or lens colour within the warranty coverage period.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches
- Damage, defects or breakage caused by accidents, alterations, improper use, and careless maintenance
- Exposure to excessive heat, or extended time in the heat.
E.g., using them in the sauna, or leaving your glasses in the car or in direct sunlight
- Lost or stolen glasses
For warranty issues please contact us at support@filteroptix.com, within the warranty period and as soon as possible after you discover any defects on your Filter Optix products. You will then be entitled to a refund.
