I've been using the Filter Optix orange-lensed glasses lately, mostly in the evenings when I'm winding down. Initially, the strong orange tint was a bit surprising, making everything look like it's bathed in candlelight, but I quickly got used to it. What I've really noticed is that wearing them seems to make a difference in how easily I fall asleep, and my eyes definitely feel less tired after looking at screens. Overall, I'm very happy with them. They feel well-made, and I'm certain they're helping my sleep routine as my sleep numbers have been consistently higher since I've been wearing them every night.

Wow - I’m impressed! These feel great and I love the way they help me wind down the day. I can still do things like watch a show etc but it feels as though I’ve stepped back in time and it’s by candle light. It makes everything feel warm and cozy and puts me in a good mood.

I try to wear mine throughout the day ANY time I get in front of a computer. Even if I don't get 8 hours of sleep in on the days I filter out more blue light, 6 or 7 hours of sleep on the days I wear my glasses more I get deeper sleep in those 6 or 7 hours than I would if I sleep 8 hours not having worn the glasses throughout the day. I get less sleepy during the day at work as well.

Since purchasing the Yama glasses with orange lenses, they have become part of my evening routine as I occasionally need to look at screens and benefit from blocking the artificial light. The frames are super comfortable and can keep them on for hours before bed time - well made too! Will definitely buy other lenses in this frame.

Been wearing them most evenings as I wrap up work at the computer and/or watch a few episodes of tv. And wear them to read the Kindle in bed at the end of the night. Obviously, I’m sacrificing a good chunk of the color spectrum, but I got used to it pretty fast. Unless I’m watching something shot by Roger Deakins, I’m okay with it. They definitely relax the eyes and chill the mind. When I take them off, just glancing at the tv feels like staring into a florescent bulb.
After using these glasses each night for the last months, I have noticed that I get better sleep score from Oura with significant improvements in both deep sleep and REM. I also wake up less during the night when using these glasses a few hours before I go to bed. I feel so much more rested!
