Shipping

We ship to every country in the world, and all customs duties, taxes and fees are included.

Estimated shipping and delivery times

Orders with non-prescription or reading glasses ship within 1-2 business days, while orders with prescription glasses ship within 3-4 business days.

If you choose to send us your prescription papers by email later, please note that it may take an additional 5-10 extra business days to process your order once we have received valid prescription details.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.
The delivery time will generally take up to 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that the shipment may sometimes take longer, for example during unexpected events, public holidays or other events causing delays. Extensive customs clearance can also further increase the delivery time.

Shipping services

Our standard shipping courier is DHL. We use DHL Express to provide fast delivery worldwide.

Import VAT, customs duties, taxes, and fees

There are no extra charges upon delivery of your order. All customs duties, taxes/VAT and fees are included in the price. 

VAT is refunded to our Norwegian customers if the customer chooses to return their order. 

For other countries, taxes (VAT) and duties are refunded by your local authorities. You will need to contact your local authorities yourself. If you need documentation of paid duties and taxes, please contact us at support@filteroptix.com. 

Cancelling or modifying orders

You can cancel your order up to an hour after it was placed. If your order has not yet shipped then we will try to meet your cancelation request. However, if we are not able to cancel your order in time you can return your order in accordance to our Refund policy. Changes to your address can be made up until your order has shipped.
